Returns

If goods should be found to be faulty, we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 20 days of purchase. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping packaging and please contact us.

Late Delivery

We will consider an item as lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after it should have arrived. We regret that we cannot send out a replacement product until these time limits have elapsed.
